Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Realtime Earth ("we", "our", "us") handles personal information in connection with World Airports Live (the "Service") and the associated software application that interacts with the YouTube Data API.
1. Summary
We operate a YouTube channel and the software that broadcasts it. We do not collect, store, or process personal information from end users (viewers) of the YouTube channel. The only personal information we interact with belongs to the YouTube channel owner (the operator of this Service) and is handled by Google on our behalf.
2. Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy
Realtime Earth's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. Information We Collect
From viewers: None. We do not collect any personal information from viewers of the YouTube channel. Viewer metrics shown to us (such as aggregate viewership counts) are provided in aggregated form by YouTube and do not identify individual viewers to us.
From the channel owner (operator): When the operator authorizes our application via Google OAuth, our software receives an OAuth token that allows it to operate the YouTube channel on the operator's behalf. We do not transmit or share this token outside of our own broadcast infrastructure.
4. OAuth Scopes We Request
Our application requests the following Google OAuth scope from the channel operator:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube— to create, schedule, update, and end live broadcasts on the operator's YouTube channel.
We request only the scopes strictly necessary to operate the Service.
5. How We Use Information
The OAuth token described above is used solely to:
- Create live broadcast resources on the operator's YouTube channel.
- Bind and transition the broadcast lifecycle (start, end).
- Update broadcast metadata (title, description, thumbnail) for individual broadcasts.
We do not use the token to perform any action unrelated to operating the channel, and we do not use it to access information about other users.
6. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties. The OAuth token is stored only on systems controlled by us and is not transmitted to any external party.
Use of information you provide to Google (such as your Google account credentials) is governed by Google's own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Data Retention
OAuth tokens are stored only on the systems that operate the broadcast. If the operator revokes our application's access via the Google account security settings (see Section 8), we delete the corresponding local copy of the token within 30 days.
8. Your Rights
If you are the channel operator, you may at any time revoke our application's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revocation immediately ends our ability to access channel information.

9. Security
OAuth tokens are stored on systems with restricted access controls. Tokens become invalid when the operator revokes the application's authorization via the Google account permissions page.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.

本プライバシーポリシーは、Realtime Earth (以下「当方」) が運営する World Airports Live (以下「本サービス」) および YouTube Data API と連携する関連アプリケーションにおける個人情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。
1. 概要
当方は YouTube チャンネルおよびその配信を行うソフトウェアを運営しています。YouTube チャンネルの視聴者の方々から個人情報を収集・保存・処理することはありません。当方が取り扱う個人情報は、本サービスの運営者 (チャンネルオーナー) 本人のものに限定され、Google を介して取り扱われます。
2. Google API Services User Data Policy の遵守
Realtime Earth が Google API より受領する情報の利用および他のアプリケーションへの転送は、Google API Services User Data Policy の Limited Use 要件を含む同ポリシーに準拠します。
3. 取得する情報
視聴者から: 取得しません。当方は YouTube チャンネルの視聴者の方々から個人情報を一切取得しません。当方に表示される視聴者集計情報 (集計視聴者数等) は YouTube から集計された形式で提供されるものであり、個別の視聴者を特定できる情報ではありません。
チャンネルオーナー (運営者) から: 運営者が Google OAuth を通じて当方のアプリケーションを承認した場合、当方のソフトウェアは運営者に代わってチャンネルを操作するための OAuth トークンを受け取ります。当該トークンは当方の配信インフラストラクチャ外には送信・共有されません。
4. 要求する OAuth スコープ
当方のアプリケーションは、チャンネル運営者に対して以下の Google OAuth スコープを要求します:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube— 運営者の YouTube チャンネルにおけるライブ配信の作成、スケジューリング、更新、終了のため
本サービスの運営に厳密に必要なスコープのみを要求します。
5. 情報の利用目的
上記の OAuth トークンは、以下の目的のみに使用します:
- 運営者の YouTube チャンネルにおけるライブ配信リソースの作成
- ライブ配信ライフサイクル (開始・終了) のバインディングおよび遷移
- 個別ライブ配信のメタデータ (タイトル、説明、サムネイル) の更新
チャンネル運営に関係のない目的でトークンを使用することはなく、他のユーザーの情報にアクセスする目的でも使用しません。
6. 情報の共有
当方は個人情報を第三者に販売・貸与・共有することはありません。OAuth トークンは当方が管理するシステム上にのみ保管され、外部に送信されることはありません。
Google に提供した情報 (Google アカウント認証情報等) の取り扱いは、Google 自身のプライバシーポリシー (policies.google.com/privacy) に従います。
7. データの保管期間
OAuth トークンは配信を運営するシステム上にのみ保管されます。運営者が Google アカウントセキュリティ設定 (第 8 項参照) を通じて当方アプリケーションのアクセス権を取り消した場合、当方は対応するローカルコピーのトークンを 30 日以内に削除します。
8. ユーザーの権利
チャンネル運営者の方は、myaccount.google.com/permissions よりいつでも当方アプリケーションの Google アカウントへのアクセス権を取り消すことができます。取り消した時点で当方のチャンネル情報へのアクセスは即座に停止します。
視聴者の方で Google アカウントに関するご懸念がある場合は、Google のプライバシー設定をご参照ください。
9. セキュリティ
OAuth トークンはアクセス制限されたシステムに保管されます。トークンは運営者が Google アカウント権限ページで当方アプリケーションの承認を取り消した時点で無効化されます。
10. 子どものプライバシー
本サービスは 13 歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。お子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
11. 本ポリシーの変更
本プライバシーポリシーは随時更新する場合があります。更新時は本ページ上部の「最終更新日」を変更します。重要な変更については合理的に可能な範囲で周知いたします。
