These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at realtimeearth.com and the YouTube channel World Airports Live (collectively, the "Service") operated by Realtime Earth ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
The Service consists of: (a) a 24/7 YouTube livestream that visualizes live aircraft activity using public real-time data; (b) related video content published on YouTube; and (c) this informational website. The broadcast itself is hosted on YouTube and subject to YouTube's own terms of service.
2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial viewing purposes. You agree not to:
- Re-broadcast, mirror, or commercially redistribute the livestream without prior written permission.
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service includes content, layouts, branding, code, and visualizations created by us. All such materials are owned by Realtime Earth and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Public real-time data sources used in the visualizations remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
4. Third-Party Services and Data
The Service relies on public real-time data sources (including but not limited to ADS-B aircraft tracking data and weather data) and third-party platforms (including YouTube). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or terms of service.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. The visualizations are intended for general interest and entertainment, not for operational decision-making such as flight planning or air traffic management.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Realtime Earth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
7. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

本利用規約 (以下「本規約」) は、Realtime Earth (以下「当方」) が運営するウェブサイト realtimeearth.com および YouTube チャンネル World Airports Live (以下総称して「本サービス」) へのアクセスおよび利用について定めるものです。本サービスへアクセスまたは利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. 本サービスの内容
本サービスは以下から構成されます: (a) 公開リアルタイムデータを使用して航空機運航状況を可視化する 24 時間 YouTube ライブ配信、(b) YouTube 上で公開する関連動画コンテンツ、および (c) 本情報サイト。配信自体は YouTube 上でホストされており、YouTube 自身の利用規約に従います。
2. 利用条件と禁止事項
本サービスは個人的かつ非商業的な視聴目的でご利用いただけます。以下の行為は禁止します:

3. 知的財産権
本サービスに含まれるコンテンツ、レイアウト、ブランディング、コード、可視化要素は当方が作成したものであり、Realtime Earth が所有権を有し、関連する知的財産法により保護されます。可視化に使用される公開リアルタイムデータは、それぞれのライセンスおよび規約に従います。
4. 第三者サービスおよびデータ
本サービスは公開リアルタイムデータ (ADS-B 航空機追跡データ、気象データ等を含むがこれらに限らない) および第三者プラットフォーム (YouTube 等) に依存しています。当方はこれらの第三者を支配しておらず、その可用性、正確性、利用規約について責任を負いません。
5. 免責事項
本サービスは「現状有姿」「利用可能な範囲で」提供され、明示・黙示を問わず一切の保証を行いません。本サービスの無中断・無誤謬・正確性・特定目的への適合性は保証しません。可視化情報は一般的な関心および娯楽を目的としており、フライト計画や航空交通管理等の運用判断に使用することは想定していません。
6. 責任の制限
適用される法令で許容される最大限の範囲において、Realtime Earth は本サービスの利用または利用不能から生じる間接的、付随的、特別、結果的、または懲罰的損害について、一切責任を負いません。
7. 本サービスの変更
当方は事前の通知なく、本サービスのいかなる部分も変更・停止・終了することができます。
8. 本規約の変更
本規約は随時更新する場合があります。更新時は本ページ上部の「最終更新日」を変更します。変更後の本サービスの継続利用は、更新後の規約への同意とみなされます。
9. 準拠法
本規約は、抵触法の原則を考慮することなく、日本国法に準拠します。
